  • Full Refund: We offer a 100% refund of the product value if the item is unopened, in good condition, and the packaging is not creased or damaged.

  • Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

  • Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns from Outside Nairobi or Mombasa: Customers outside these cities must arrange return shipping at their own cost.

  • Returns within Nairobi or Mombasa: We will arrange free collection from your location.
